The Expungement Advocacy Project (EAP) empowers Kentucky's "2nd Chance Citizens" – individuals facing economic hardship and a criminal past – to achieve a clean slate through the Clean Slate Kentucky initiative.

Pro Se filings (representing oneself) can be complex and daunting for those unfamiliar with the legal system.
